Medical Director for Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine

Leadership position! Develop and maintain clinical policies clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.  Provide oversight of quality initiatives and OPPE processes.  Onboard and train new providers. Partner with operational leaders to advance service line.

Hospital-employed staff position.  Urgent Care practice supporting patients with acute illnesses and injuries.  Deliver occupational medicine services, including work-related injury care, physicals, and return-to-work evaluations. 

Requirements:

• BC/BE Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine OR Emergency Medicine
• Prefer MRO (medical review officer) certification or willingness to obtain certification
• OH medical license, or eligible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary to $350K
• Uncapped productivity incentives; paid quarterly
• $100K signing bonus ($50K paid first year; and second half paid second year)
