Medical Front Office Assistant

We are a busy, established office seeking a team-player that is organized, energetic, efficient, able to handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Currently, we have a full-time position available. We require you to be eager to learn, friendly and be a self-starter with motivation to give attention to detail on a daily basis. Prior medical office experience is a huge plus!

Qualifications

• Demonstrates flexibility in job assignment
• Demonstrates experience in a fast paced clinic environment
• Must be willing to travel for day trips when needed to outreach locations with provider

Job Duties

• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance verification
• Entering new patient information
• Checking patients in/out
• Collecting co-pays
• Answering multi-line phones
• Authorizations
• And other duties as may be required

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$26 per hour, based on experience.
