We are working with a well-established, highly respected litigation firm in White Plains that is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its team.

With over 70 years of experience and a longstanding reputation for successful trial and appellate advocacy, the firm represents hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, and other institutional clients in sophisticated medical malpractice and professional liability matters throughout the New York metropolitan area.

The firm's medical malpractice practice is a cornerstone of its litigation work, handling complex, high-exposure claims across numerous medical specialties. Job Details

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice defense.
• Admission to the New York State Bar required.
• Experience handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience representing hospitals, physicians, or other healthcare providers is highly preferred.
• Trial preparation or courtroom experience is a plus.
