TempExperts is seeking a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience for an Am Law 200 firm based in West Palm Beach, FL. This Direct Hire opportunity offers strong exposure to complex medical malpractice matters in both federal and state courts, providing meaningful litigation experience and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, high-performing legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle medical malpractice litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Assist with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
- Collaborate with team members while managing individual client responsibilities.
Requirements/Education:- 35 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
