Responsibilities

Practice Excellence

• Immediate access to an established and growing patient base
• Collaborative environment with cataract, refractive, glaucoma, and oculoplastic surgeons
• Focus on medical optometry including disease management and co-management
• Ability to practice at the top of your license with full clinical autonomy
• Consistent patient volume supported by experienced technicians

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate of $550–$650

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) – Licensed or license-eligible in California
• Experience in cataract and medical co-management preferred
• Patient-focused, energetic, and committed to clinical excellence
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
