Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing customer service and support; input all related activities and information into Salesforce CRM
Work with Regional Director to design and implement educational programs for customers
Responsible for prospecting and development of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts through enhancement to customer relationships and communication of technical and medical product information
Facilitate interactions with Company Resources to assist customers with Billing, Reimbursement, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Marketing or other customer related needs including sales presentations in a professional and effective manner; routinely monitor industry news and developments as well as remain educated in the field of molecular medicine/PET
Maintain a working knowledge of products, services and business intelligence
Assist in the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and participate in education and training conferences
Effectively communicate with all Company departments and management Pharmacist(s) and Courier Supervisor(s) on product availability
Assist in the preparation of price quotations and contracts, contract negotiations and finalizing sales for potential customers
Assist Regional Director's in completion of monthly business reports, and annual projections/forecasting of territory volumes, revenue, ASP, etc
Execution of the Company business plan and strategic initiatives to meet or exceed annual projected budgets
Execute Value Proposition of Practice Excellence
Secure renewal and new business
Increase appropriate utilization of PET imaging for customers
Specific outlined plan of action with a stepwise approach to customer education and territory cycling
Implementation of region/site specific patient care pathways and a plan to support the pathways
Reports that demonstrate specific ROI on programs based on attendees and participants and their referral patterns
Qualifications
Must be persistent, energetic, capable of working independently and available to travel via all types of transportation
One year or more of previous pharmaceutical, nuclear medicine industry, or professional sales experience.
Proven experience in superior interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors
Established track record of experience in building excellent relationships and in highly oriented customer service
Strong project management and applications experience (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or other similar Customer Relationship Management software
Strong attention to detail
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
Aptitude to deal with confidential information
Clean driving record and ability to travel to accounts and trade shows as necessary
