Join us as a Medical Receptionist and play a key role in supporting client access to care while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and client-centered environment across JAMHI services. Under the general supervision of program leadership, you will support daily administrative and clinical coordination, including scheduling, intake processes, and client communications, while ensuring confidentiality and respect in every interaction. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing front-line administrative tasks. You will collaborate closely with JAMHI staff across multiple service lines to coordinate care, support medication management, and assist with pre-authorizations for services and treatments. You will also help maintain accurate records, communicate program requirements clearly, and ensure the clinic remains organized, responsive, and accessible to clients in both routine and fast-paced situations.
