Medical Receptionist

Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group in Lee's Summit, MO, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and engaged.

Cornerstone Dermatology & Surgery Group is a privately owned dermatology practice located in Lee's Summit, MO. With two locations in Lee's Summit, we provide compassionate, expert medical and surgical dermatology care in a comfortable office setting. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform front office functions, including patient relations, check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and answering incoming phone calls.
• File and retrieve medical records.
• Process incoming referrals and contact patients to schedule appointments.
• Collecting co-pays and patient balances.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm
• Friday 7:45 am - 3:30 pm
