Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) – Norwalk, CTDermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Norwalk office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice.About Our PracticeWe are a privately owned dermatology group with nine locations, known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. As we continue to grow, we value individuals who bring professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic to our team.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesyAccurately collect and verify insurance and demographic informationManage incoming calls with efficiency and discretionCoordinate and maintain provider schedulesTriage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staffProcess payments with accuracy and attention to detailScheduleMonday through Friday.
