Join our growing team as a Medical Receptionist and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. In this full-time, in-person role, you''ll support daily clinic operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication. At the Syracuse-Velasko Road clinic, we're known for our collaborative, supportive culture and a comprehensive clinical mentoring program. Located less than one mile from Onondaga Community College, our 2,000 sq. ft. clinic offers specialized care in sports medicine, vestibular therapy, pediatrics (newborn through school age), and concussion management, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy.

What You''ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and explain patient financial responsibilities
• Manage patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals
• Support clinic operations and maintain efficient schedules
• Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or front desk role required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial responsibilities preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hourly Pay $19.00 - $20.00
