Medical Sales Representative

Location: Field-based; Bay Area, CA

Who We Are:

New Horizon Medical Solutions is a vertically integrated wound care and regenerative medicine company. We own our products, our tissue bank, our billing division, and our customer relationships. Our sales reps walk into a physician's office with the full wound care continuum: skin substitutes, DME wound care kits, ultrasonic debridement, wound imaging, and negative pressure wound therapy, backed by an in-house billing and documentation team that helps our customers succeed.

We are growing fast, we are building territories from scratch, and we are hiring builders.

The Opportunity:

This is not an account maintenance job. You will be handed a territory and expected to build it. The reps who have done that here have gone from zero to six figures a month in shipped revenue in under 90 days.

Here is the math behind the territory. An average physician office that adopts our grafting and DME programs on a regular ordering pattern is worth roughly $20,000 a month in revenue. A mature territory carries 15 to 20 of those accounts. Our commission plan pays on every dollar you sell. Do the arithmetic and you will understand why we say the ceiling here is high.

What You Will Do:

• Prospect, open, and grow physician office accounts (podiatry, wound care, primary care, vascular, plastics) across your territory.
• Drive adoption of the full NHMS wound care portfolio, with a focus on skin substitutes and DME wound care kits.
• Own the sales cycle end to end: cold outreach, in-office presentations, clinical and reimbursement education, onboarding, and reorders.
• Manage your own daily call pattern and pipeline. You set the schedule, you own the results.
• Work alongside our billing and documentation team so your customers get reimbursed cleanly.
• Report shipped revenue, pipeline, and activity weekly to your Regional Sales Manager.

Performance Standards:

We are transparent about what is expected, because it is not optional.

Milestone Standard:

• Day 60 - $20,000 per month in shipped revenue (one good account)
• Day 90 - $50,000 per month in shipped revenue (two to three good accounts)
• Year 1 Exit - $150,000+ per month in shipped revenue
• Year 3 Mature territory - 15 to 20 active accounts, $300,000 to $400,000 per month

Reps who hit these numbers are recognized, promoted, and paid.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and market
• Commission: 10% of net shipped revenue, uncapped, paid monthly
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus expense reimbursement for travel and field activity

OTE:

• Year 1 - $250k+
• Year 3 - $400k+

Year 1 assumes you hit the day 60 and day 90 standards and keep building through the year. Year 3 assumes a fully built territory in a major market. Our top producers are already running at an annualized pace above the Year 1 number in their first year.

Who We Are Looking For:

We have learned that the best reps here are not the ones with the longest wound care resume. They are the ones with the most hunger. That means:

• A proven builder: you have opened a territory from scratch and can tell us exactly how you did it.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience. Medical device, DME, pharma, orthopedics, or diagnostics is a plus, but a high-activity closer from any industry will be considered.
• Self-starter who does not need to be managed to make calls.
• Confident presenting to physicians and office managers, and comfortable talking clinical benefit and practice economics in the same conversation.
• A relationship builder who gets invited back.
• Coachable, competitive, and not afraid of a number.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field four to five days a week.
