Medical Scheduler

Overview:

The Scheduler assists practice managers in daily operations of central scheduling unit.  Ensures information is obtained regarding the scheduling of physicians on call.  Develops templates.

Job Details:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:                                   

• Develops/manages templates.
  • Coordinates doctor’s schedules.
  • Manages vacation schedule for doctors.
  • Processes recall letters.
  • Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to promote patient safety and patient satisfaction.
  • Assists with additional duties as needed.
                                                                          

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of physician office scheduling experience.

           

Posted Salary Range: USD $22.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr. :

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location. The salary range listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
