Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.We are seeking a dedicated medical scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters and ensuring accurate and timely record-keepingWe are currently looking to hire a Medical Scribe in the city of Foothill Ranch, CA. Job Type: Part-TimePay: $24-25 per hourHours: Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-3pmResponsibilities:Document patient visits and interactions in real-timeManage and organize electronic health recordsAssist healthcare providers in streamlining workflow and enhancing patient carePrepare and update patient charts before and after appointmentsFacilitate communication between patients and healthcare providersAssist with follow-up appointments and patient inquiriesSupport the implementation of clinical protocols and workflowsLocate information for review (i.e., previous notes, reports, test results, and laboratory)Knowledgeable and proficient in medical terminologyRequirements:Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Equivalent work experienceCPR certificationSome experience in Medical ScribeBilingual in Spanish a plus but not requiredEMR / EHR experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to type 45-60 wpmCustomer service experienceComputer, typing, and listening skillsBenefits:Paid sick leave10.1 MGProHealth Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer
