What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care for oncology and hematology diagnoses such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and more
• Administer chemotherapy and manage complex infusion therapies
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry rhythms
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on autologous, allogeneic, and CAR-T cell transplants
• Maintain accurate electronic health records in EPIC
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medication management
• Respond to rapid response alerts and support critical care scenarios
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and blood product administration

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 1-year experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units
• BLS certification; ACLS and Chemotherapy Certification preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC and telemetry monitoring
• Excellent assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for rotating schedules if assigned
