What Youll Do
Provide direct patient care for oncology and hematology diagnoses such as leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and more
Administer chemotherapy and manage complex infusion therapies
Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry rhythms
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on autologous, allogeneic, and CAR-T cell transplants
Maintain accurate electronic health records in EPIC
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medication management
Respond to rapid response alerts and support critical care scenarios
Manage central lines, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and blood product administration
What You Need
Current Ohio RN license or Compact license
Minimum 1-year experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology units
BLS certification; ACLS and Chemotherapy Certification preferred
Proficiency in EPIC and telemetry monitoring
Excellent assessment and communication skills
Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for rotating schedules if assigned
