Medicare Sales Representative

Carolina Senior Benefits is hiring full-time Medicare Sales Representatives for our office in Cornelius, NC (18047 W Catawba Ave, Suite B).

We are a fast-growing, high-producing inside sales agency serving clients across 48 states. Our team helps people in the senior market, especially veterans, choose Medicare coverage that fits their needs.

This is a phone-based role, and you won't be cold calling. You'll speak with people who are already looking for help, through inbound calls and appointments placed directly on your calendar. Most of our sales close on the first call. This is not a high-pressure environment: we educate clearly and do what's right for the customer.

New to Medicare? That's okay. If you're not licensed yet, we'll walk you through earning your North Carolina health and life license and we pay for your licensing courses and exam. Then we train you on our proven process. Once licensed, new agents are typically taking calls within 710 business days.

Pay: $60,000$80,000 per year (base salary + commission + bonus opportunities)

Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, in our Cornelius office

Responsibilities

• Talk with 5070 people a week who are shopping for Medicare, through inbound calls and appointments already set on your calendar
• Explain Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and prescription drug plan options in plain language, then enroll clients in the plan that fits
• Follow our proven sales process and Medicare compliance rules on every call
• Meet our daily activity standard (about 200 calls or 4 hours of talk time) and your monthly sales goals
• Share what's working with teammates and keep learning

• Able to work full-time, MondayFriday, in our Cornelius, NC office
• Active NC health and life license, or willing to earn it after you're hired
• Sales or customer-facing experience (phone sales, inside sales, call center and retail all count)
• Comfortable on the phone all day and with a computer and CRM
