This role requires a strong aestheticeye, comfort with facial anatomy, a passion for skin health, and a commitment tocontinuous learning. You will guide clients through full-face aesthetic planning, facialbalancing, and comprehensive treatment pathways that combine injectables, HydraFacial,chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and wellness services.This is the ideal position for an RN who loves aesthetics and wants to help build ahigh-performance aesthetic division within the center.Key Responsibilities1) Injectable Aesthetics & Facial Balancing Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and perform full-facebalancing techniques with precision and artistry. Assess facial structure, symmetry, profile, and age-related changes to createcomprehensive aesthetic plans. Guide clients through step-by-step aesthetic journeys, including mid-face support,contouring, and long-term maintenance strategies. Communicate treatment benefits, timelines, and realistic expectations clearly andprofessionally. Maintain exceptional safety, documentation, and injection-technique standards.2) Skin-Health & Non-Injectable Aesthetic ServicesPerform all advanced skin-health services, including: HydraFacial Chemical peels Microneedling Custom facial treatments Skin assessments and ongoing treatment planning Post-care and long-term skin-health coachingProvide personalized treatment strategies aligned with client goals, memberships, andaesthetic roadmaps.3) Up-Serving & Cross-Serving Into Complete Aesthetic Pathways Seamlessly transition skin-health clients into injectable plans and injectable clientsinto skin-health optimization. Connect every service to the client’s broader aesthetic goals, including anti-aging,corrective solutions, and facial harmony. Recommend skincare products that support treatment outcomes and long-termmaintenance. Strengthen membership conversion by showing clients the value of consistent care.4) IV/IM Therapy & Clinical Support Perform IV therapy, IM injections, and blood draws according to clinical standards. Support integrated wellness services that enhance skin, longevity, and client vitality. Maintain safety, accuracy, and top-tier professionalism in all clinical procedures.5) Client Consultations & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, pairing clinical insight with anartistic eye. Educate clients thoroughly, using empathy and clarity to guide them toward the bestoutcomes. Document treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up recommendations beforethe end of each day. Build long-term client relationships centered on trust, consistency, and visibleresults.6) Membership, Retail, and Service Education Educate clients on memberships, packages, and treatment bundles. Recommend medical-grade skincare and supplements that enhance treatmentoutcomes. Support monthly center goals for retail, memberships, and rebooking.7) Safety, Compliance, and Quality Standards Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and aesthetic safety protocols. Ensure sanitization, sterilization, and treatment-room readiness at all times. Follow all injectable and skin-treatment safety guidelines required by SerotoninCenters.8) Team Collaboration & Professional Development Actively participate in daily huddles, team communication, and sharedperformance goals. Collaborate with the Medical Practitioner, Health Coaches, and GM to deliverholistic client care. Engage in continuous learning, including new injectables, advanced techniques,and evolving aesthetics trends. Experience in aesthetic injectables (neuromodulators and fillers) preferred. Experience in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling, or willingness to betrained. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles. Exceptional communication and client-care skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
