Member Engagement Representative Highlights
Pay: $20.35 - $22.25 (depending on healthcare insurance experience)
Location: Akron, OH 44305 (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
Employment Type: Temporary

Responsibilities
Complete Medicare Advantage plan changes over the phone using a compliance-approved script
Document all member interactions and calls; maintain accurate tracking and follow-up
Support outreach programs to increase retention of Medicare members at risk for disenrollment
Assist members with plan information, network/pharmacy questions, and plan selection support
Make outbound calls during AEP timeframe as needed to communicate plan/network updates
Adhere to CMS marketing/compliance guidelines and company policies
Support reporting/database updates and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
2+ years in a call center/customer service/support role in the health insurance industry
Experience working with Medicare beneficiaries
Understanding of Medicare/health insurance compliance and Medicare plan benefits
Ability to complete plan/product training with a 90% passing score
Strong computer and multitasking skills (documenting while on calls)
Licensing (Preferred)
Health insurance license preferred (not required)
