As a Member Service Representative I at our Dearborn branch, you’ll help members with everyday transactions, account questions, and financial needs. You’ll learn our products and systems while putting your existing service skills to work.

If you’ve helped customers in retail, hospitality, banking, or another service setting, this could be your next step.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a welcoming face and a helpful voice for our members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting members in person and by phone.

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.

• Opening, closing, and maintaining consumer accounts.

• Answering account questions and helping resolve routine service concerns.

• Asking questions to understand members’ needs and recommending appropriate products, services, and digital tools.

• Helping members use online and mobile banking.

• Balancing your cash drawer and completing end-of-day procedures.

• Protecting member accounts and information through verification, security, and confidentiality procedures.

• Maintaining accurate records and knowing when to involve another teammate.

• Contributing to branch service and performance goals while keeping the member’s needs at the center of each conversation.

Previous banking or credit union experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Pay That Recognizes Your Experience

$18 – $22 per hour.

Starting pay is based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Customer service and cash-handling experience can support a higher offer within the advertised range.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Dearborn branch, with occasional coverage at other branch locations. 

• Monday–Friday: 8:40 a.m.–5:15 p.m.

• Rotating late nights: until 6:00 p.m.

• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
