Member Service Representative

KUMC Credit Union is seeking a part-time (20 to 25 hours a week) Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions efficiently, accurately and with excellent member service. This in person position may require you to work at either of our 2 locations and will have some Saturday hours.

Daily Task:

· Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service while looking for opportunities to deepen the member relationship.

· Perform traditional functions to include daily balancing of a cash drawer in a timely and accurate manner.

· Process financial transactions including check cashing, funds transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

· Service existing accounts.

· Provide complete and accurate information concerning credit union services, policies, and procedures.

· Assess member needs and identify opportunities to help members by recommending additional products, services, or referrals.

· Provide information and offer solutions on basic deposit products, credit card products, and services that could benefit members.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
