The American Swim Academy is hiring in the East Bay!
We are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team in Dublin. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
Responsibilities and DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and making follow-up calls
- Enrolling swimmers
- Accurately entering data and completing member interactions using proficient computer and typing skills
The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed
specifically for swim instruction.
