Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage teller line staff across multiple branchesOversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance managementPromote a positive work environment that reflects our values and service philosophyMonitor branch traffic and adjust staffing levels to meet member needsServe as a mentor and resource for Member Service RepresentativesSupport cross-selling and relationship-building efforts in line with our Sales Cultivation PlanTrack and report on branch sales and service performanceEnsure compliance with operational procedures and security standardsPartner with the Regional Retail Manager on branch-wide initiatives and improvementsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or retail bankingAt least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer serviceSolid organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple locations and shifting prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quicklyWhy Town & Country Credit Union?At Town & Country Credit Union, our mission is to positively impact those we serve.
