Member Services Representative

We are seeking a polished and professional Member Services Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Take reservations for dining, events, activities, kids' programming, and other Club offerings
• Arrange transportation for Membership
• Provide concierge services
• Perform notary, printing, copying, and faxing services
• Confidently relay information about Club and Island operations
• Issue guest cards and Member credentials
• Conduct new Member orientations as needed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Four-year college degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
• Must be a current South Carolina Notary Public or able to obtain a South Carolina Notary Public commission within 45 days of start date
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or private club experience is strongly preferred
• Must enjoy working with a team
• Have a positive, "can-do" attitude
• Must be computer literate and have excellent telephone etiquette
