Member Services Representative

SNELLING is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller / Member Service Representative for a well-established company in Tyler. This position assists with daily financial transactions, answers account questions, and provides professional, personalized service. The pay rate is $16-$18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders, and cashier’s checks accurately.
• Balance a cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer member questions, resolve routine inquiries, and direct members to the appropriate team.
• Identify Member needs and recommend relevant products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers.
• Comfortable using computers, keyboarding, and a 10-key calculator.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable attendance, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.
