Perspire Sauna Studio Valencia is looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven Membership Sales Associates who combine a genuine passion for wellness with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.
This is a SALES position, not a traditional front desk job. You'll actively pursue opportunities, turn leads into appointments, and convert first-time guests into loyal members. We're looking for people who take ownership of their results, love winning new business, and take pride in being top performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Confidently sell memberships and packages, achieve sales goals, and ask for the sale.
- Proactively make outbound calls, send texts, and follow up with prospective members using our CRM.
- Turn leads into booked appointments and first-time guests into committed members.
- Lead engaging studio tours, discover guest needs, communicate value, and overcome objections.
- Share your enthusiasm for our full-spectrum infrared saunas, red light therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), and Snø Shower contrast therapy.
- Build genuine guest relationships and help maintain our premium studio environment, including sauna room cleaning and turnover, folding and stocking clean towels, restocking supplies, and general studio upkeep.

Sales experience is preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, memberships, or commission-based retail. We're equally interested in naturally persuasive, competitive individuals who demonstrate strong sales instincts and a drive to succeed.
SCHEDULE
Part-time shifts available Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–9:30 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 7:30 AM–8:30 PM. Evening and weekend availability required.
