Drive guest membership sales and exceed monthly targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective members
Conduct exceptional sales tours keeping our brand standards in mind
Manage the sales pipeline from the guests first call to membership sign-up and then retention
Collaborate with the team to create innovative strategies to build guest memberships and sales
Provide an exceptional guest experience from the initial inquiry to post-sign-up follow-up
Become a product/service expert and confidently address member needs
Manage or CRM Tool/Software system in the most efficient way.
Maintain a positive, motivating attitude that reflects our company’s values
