MASN staff are responsible for delivering high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services while maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities vary by role but generally include:

Conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions
Completing clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Facilitating psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate client care
Participating in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and case consultations
Communicating with referral sources, community partners, and support systems when appropriate
Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute challenges
Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations
Supporting client engagement, retention, and successful treatment outcomes
Assisting with care coordination, referrals, and resource linkage
Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards at all times
Administrative and leadership staff may also:

Oversee program operations and staff performance
Review documentation for quality assurance and compliance
Manage scheduling, onboarding, and staff development
Monitor productivity standards and service delivery expectations
Support program growth, outreach, and community partnerships
