Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for experienced clinical supervisors in Connecticut who can support mental health professionals with practical guidance and professional mentorship. Supervisors in this role help clinicians strengthen their skills, review cases, understand documentation expectations, and approach client care with more confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-licensed or developing clinicians
• Provide case review, documentation feedback, and ethics guidance
• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making
• Follow Connecticut licensing and supervision rules
• Keep supervision organized, professional, and consistent

Requirements

• Active Connecticut clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be qualified to supervise under Connecticut board requirements
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
