Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, assist clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
