What you'll do
Deliver outpatient therapy for ages 4–35
Lead play therapy sessions for young children
Carry a stable, full caseload from day one
Support kids, teens, and young adults with trauma
Coordinate with prescribers for fast care transitions
Chart same day; keep clean, timely notes
Join brief paid team meetings and trainings
Must-haves
NC LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Psychologist license
Associates accepted with 2+ years strong child experience
Real play therapy experience with young children
Comfortable treating ages 4 through young adults
Experience with trauma-related behavioral health needs
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Nice to have
ASD experience (autism spectrum disorder)
DBT experience with teens
EMDR experience or certification
Prior NC insurance paneling experience
