Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing maladaptive behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology or similar field
• Current licensure in your field of practice (e.g. LGPC, LCPC, LCADC,LCPAT, LCSW-C, LCMFT, Psy.D., PhD)
• Ability to work with children and teens preferred
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
