    Job Description

Every child needs the support of their parent/guardian, school, and community to succeed. The Manor Independent School District Mentor Program creates opportunities for you to share your time, talents, and resources with our students.

    • Hold mentees accountable: Mentors track progress to help mentees stay focused and motivated
    • Be a role model: Mentors demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and ethical behaviors
    • Share knowledge and experience: Mentors use their own experiences to help mentees improve
    • Provide unbiased opinions: Mentors offer objective advice based on facts
