Job Description
Reporting to senior field leadership, the MEP Superintendent will lead all on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety activities throughout project execution.
- Manage and coordinate all MEP field operations from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Lead subcontractor planning, scheduling, and daily field activities.
- Drive coordination between MEP trades, design teams, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor quality control and commissioning activities to ensure successful system turnover.
- Identify and resolve field conflicts while minimizing schedule impacts.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and project safety standards.
- Support project teams in achieving schedule, budget, and client satisfaction goals.

The Successful Applicant
For the MEP Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems.
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data center projects.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex building systems.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, turnover, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners.
- Stable career history with a track record of successful project delivery.
