MEP Coordinator

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout project planning and construction.
• Lead and facilitate MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Manage clash detection and resolution efforts to identify and mitigate constructability issues before installation.
• Partner with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to ensure successful integration of building systems.
• Review plans, models, and design documents to support quality, constructability, and schedule requirements.
• Track and resolve MEP-related issues, RFIs, and coordination challenges across multiple active projects.
• Support project teams on large-scale healthcare, higher education, institutional, and commercial construction projects.
• Utilize project management and coordination tools to improve communication, collaboration, and project execution.

• 3-10 years of experience in MEP coordination, construction project management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating MEP systems on complex construction projects.
• Background working on healthcare, higher education, life science, institutional, or large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and design teams.
