Job Description
As a MEP Project Manager in Buffalo, NY, you will:
- Manage MEP construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Track project financial performance and profitability
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
- Lead project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field personnel
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project closeout, turnover, and warranty processes
- Provide regular reporting to senior project leadership

The Successful Applicant
The successful MEP Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong MEP construction background
- Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of contracts, change management, and project controls
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or design-build projects
- Background managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, or institutional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working within large-scale MEP contracting organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executive and senior project leadership
