MEP Project Manager
Job Description
Manage all aspects of MEP systems for data center construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Collaborate with clients to address project requirements and concerns. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience in MEP Project Management, Engineering, or Mission Critical Construction Proven experience supporting or managing data center, mission-critical, advanced technology, or large-scale commercial construction projects Strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, generators, UPS systems, and critical power systems Experience with MEP coordination, commissioning, and startup processes Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and cost control practices Experience reviewing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
