Manage and oversee all MEP aspects of data center construction projects from start to finish.
Job Description
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Review and approve technical designs, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve project challenges and implement solutions effectively. Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
The Successful Applicant
4+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on MEP systems. Prior data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred. Experience with large-scale hyperscale data center projects is highly desirable. Experience managing MEP subcontractor procurement, buyout, coordination, and financial performance. Strong understanding of construction budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls. Experience coordinating complex MEP scopes with design and field teams. Familiarity with commissioning and turnover processes. Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel based on project requirements.
