Job Description
As a MEP Project Manager | NYC you will:
- Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project activities from planning through completion.
- Coordinate MEP work with construction schedules to keep project activities moving forward.
- Review project plans and MEP scope to support clear execution in the field.
- Work with project teams to address MEP coordination items during construction.
- Track progress against project milestones and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate contractors and trades involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Monitor MEP installation activities to support completion in line with project plans.
- Maintain project documentation related to MEP work and construction progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Project Manager | NYC should have:
- MEP construction experience required
- Strong project management background
- NYC project experience preferred
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Budgeting and forecasting expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-facing experience
- Multi-project management ability
- Procore experience preferred
- Engineering or construction degree preferred
