MEP Superintendent – Healthcare Construction - Energy Center

A respected veteran- and women-owned commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join the team on a major healthcare construction project in Miami. This is an opportunity to lead the MEP scope on a high-profile Veterans Affairs Energy Center while working for a company that values its people as much as its projects.

Position Summary

The MEP Superintendent will lead all field operations for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems on a complex Energy Center project. This individual will coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure the successful delivery of all MEP systems from installation through commissioning.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of MEP superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Renovation experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, VA facilities, military facilities, airports, or mission-critical projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
