The role involves executing merchandising directives, re-sets, stocking products, providing product knowledge, and building positive relationships with store personnel and customers. Responsibilities include merchandise presentation, identifying sales opportunities, supporting store staff, and working independently or in teams.
Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, a service-oriented attitude, flexibility to work holidays and weekends, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Physical requirements include walking, standing, ladder climbing, lifting up to 45 lbs, and exposure to weather. Proficiency in English is required.
