Boar’s Head Merchandiser — Newington/ Hartford Area
Cross Island Provisions is hiring a dependable, motivated merchandiser to support Boar’s Head products at our retail locations. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and building relationships with store teams, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Stock and organize Boar’s Head products in deli cases and displays.
Rotate inventory, check product dates, and follow food safety standards.
Keep displays clean, attractive, and properly labeled.
Monitor inventory and communicate stocking needs.
Build positive relationships with deli staff and store management.
Travel to assigned stores and complete scheduled visits.
What we’re looking for
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time.
Ability to perform stocking duties, including standing, bending, and lifting [weight] pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Grocery, deli, retail, or merchandising experience is a plus.
