Job Summary As a retail chain merchandiser, you will be ensuring that a proper level of stock is maintained, and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. This includes setup, display execution, as well as the stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating of the manufacturer’s products. Audits will be performed regularly, and it is the responsibility of the retail chain merchandiser to resolve issues that may arise because of these audits and solve problems at the store level to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. In addition, you will be participating in store resets, where applicable. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The compensation for this role is determined by the current collective bargaining agreement. During the first year of employment, associates in this role will earn $20.00 per hour (paid weekly). After one year of employment, employees will earn the current rate as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement. After meeting eligibility requirements, employees will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, pension, and disability and life insurance benefits through the union. After one year of employment, will be eligible to participate in the 401k with an employer contribution. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
