MERCHANDISER Supports the sales team by stocking, rotating, and maintaining product displays at retail accounts. Works independently, communicates well with customers and team members, and ensures company merchandising standards are met. Reports to the Operations Manager. Duties - Coordinate with sales team and drivers to merchandise deliveries
- Stock shelves, rotate product, and manage backstock
- Build displays and assist with resets as needed
- Maintain merchandising standards and product placement
- Communicate with store personnel and report issues to management
- Check in daily with manager for assignments
- Make occasional small deliveries
Requirements - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy
Physical Requirements - Lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a Class E license
- Operate company vehicle
