Merchandising Coordinator

Pay Range: $18.62/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an organized and accessible workspace for all sample types by categorizing samples by season, style, color, and size.
• Support cross-functional partners such as Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Public Relations by fulfilling sample requests for milestone moments and photoshoot activities.
• Pack, ship, and track the location of all sample movements.
• Provide sample availability notes and estimated arrival windows each season using InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and other brand-specific tools.
• Update sample inventory in a timely manner as new samples arrive.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and elevate contributions to the business.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in a product and/or customer service fashion retail role.
• College degree in a related field is highly desirable or a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, FlexPLM, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize business-critical needs.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated open-mindedness and creativity in problem-solving.
• Highly motivated and passionate about the fashion industry.
