Position Overview

The role will focus on maintaining system stability, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments, and collaborating with manufacturing and IT teams to ensure efficient plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Apriso MES applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Partner with operations, engineering, and IT teams to address manufacturing system issues.
- Escalate critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain support documentation and operational procedures.
- Hands-on experience supporting Apriso MES environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and business processes.
- Experience with incident management and system monitoring.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
- SQL and database troubleshooting experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing applications.
- Knowledge of deployment and change management processes.
