Your Core Impact
Blend and fine-tune paints/coatings to precise color specifications
Spray-apply coatings onto steel and metal components with consistent coverage
Read and execute job orders, specifications, and color formulas with precision
Prepare surfaces: clean, sand, and mask to ensure optimal adhesion
Verify shade accuracy, finish uniformity, and overall quality on completed parts
Service and clean spray guns and mixing equipment regularly
Adhere to all safety standards and wear required PPE
