Required Skills:

• Must be able to pass Background and Drug tes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 58 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable with good attendance
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and handle materials

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or metal finishing
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus, but not required
