    Job Overview

    TE Connectivity is seeking a Manager I, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering (DAC) to lead a team of process development and automation engineers in Chonburi, Thailand. The role is responsible for developing manufacturing processes for DAC products, supporting new product introduction, driving process excellence, and coordinating with global manufacturing teams to ensure successful transition from development to mass production.

    Job Requirements

    • Lead and develop a team of process development and automation engineers.
    • Drive manufacturing process development aligned with LEANPD principles.
    • Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and process improvements.
    • Support DFM activities, tooling development, prototypes, and product qualification.
    • Ensure processes meet quality, productivity, and production standards.
    • Collaborate with product development, supply chain, and manufacturing teams globally.
    • Manage project priorities, resources, and stakeholder communications.
    • Provide updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

    What your background should look like

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
    • Minimum 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including managerial responsibilities in a multinational environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience in the electronics industry, particularly DAC products, is preferred.
    • Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with MS Office tools and industrial standards such as IPC 620.
