Job Requirements
Overall manage the 3PL DC operation performance in Japan. Lead the team to achieve the goal and support business growth, including:

DC related affairs, cost efficiency, customer satisfactory through the operation excellence.

Stakeholder relationship management.

Manage team members, plus 3PL warehouse in Kakegawa.

Large scale (20,000m2+) distribution center management experience.
