Together, we are powering the growth and success of our community progress every day!Deadline to apply: 6/12/26 at 11:59pmPosition SummaryServing as the account executive and customer relationship manager, the business relationship management (BRM) Manager role is an end‑to‑end business expert. This role develops valuable and meaningful long‑term relationships with internal EIT clients, becoming an important asset to the service/product management process and pipeline. The IT BRM Manager manages a team of BRMs to support EIT business stakeholders by enabling IT to be a more proactive, responsive, and strategic service provider. This role develops a deep understanding of customers' needs, identifies opportunities to solve their problems, and, as a result, increases the use of EIT‑related services. Also, this position plays a vital role in supporting and engaging with business technologists within the business areas. As an IT advocate, they also champion awareness and influence perceptions among stakeholders to facilitate better partnerships and value harvesting.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements the IT Business Relationship Management strategy.Leads and manages the IT Business Relationship Management team, including performance management, coaching, and development.Fosters strong relationships with key business stakeholders and IT leadership.Oversees the delivery of business transformation services, analysis, and recommendations.Ensures the team provides value to the business and contributes to company objectives.Manages the budget and resources for the IT Business Relationship Management team.Monitors industry trends and best practices in business relationship management.Oversees existing relationship management, EIT customer communications, and conflict resolution.Tracks and coordinates EIT customer activity.Prepares EIT customer reports and attends EIT customer strategy meetings.Discovers EIT customer needs in collaboration with Business Architecture, proposing appropriate IT solutions (which are services).Develops EIT customer strategies to promote IT services, expand relationships, or improve relationships.Understands what business technologists are working on and ensures appropriate, timely support is available. Works closely with all CIO direct reports, like the business office, delivery organization, and strategy, to ensure customer needs are understood and addressed by the various functions of the IT service provider.Minimum Knowledge and AbilitiesExceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills.Deep understanding of IT service management and business relationship management principles.Proven leadership and management skills, including team building and performance management.Experience with budget management and resource allocation.Demonstrated success at collaborating and leading by influence.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business executives, leaders, all levels of professionals, and project managers and teams.Proven ability to prepare and present executive‑level material.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in an appropriate discipline, such as business administration, finance, accounting, construction management, etc.Business Relationship Management Professional Certification.Demonstrated organizational, analytical, business planning, negotiation, problem‑solving skills.Experience in technology, energy, or utility industry.Making Accurate Judgments and DecisionsDriving Continuous ImprovementCommunicates EffectivelySetting a Strategic VisionBuilding and Supporting TeamsWorking with AmbiguityBachelor's Degree RequirementBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required.Required Certifications and Physical DemandsWork is performed both indoors and outdoors.
