About the Role:
Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing remote team based out of Memphis, TN. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new client leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
• Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health coverage options
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage plans
• Manage and maintain a book of business through consistent client follow-up and relationship building
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations

Requirements:

• Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
